Unfortunately South Carolina makes it hard for Judgments to be enforced. Under South Carolina Code Of Law 15-41-30 there are many exempt assets that debtors can claim to protect their assets. It makes the debtor feel they are judgment proof. That ok. Our company can locate their non-exempt assets and use every legal means at our disposal to satisfy the judgment. We will investigate(skip-trace) the debtor using specialized information sources to find any assets anywhere in the United States they may own and seize them. And if our initial investigation proves the debtor doesn't have any assets to seize at the time we will wait a month or two and try again. In most cases debtors situations improve over time and they forget that we are tracking them.
