In The State of South Carolina there is a 10 year window from the date the judgment was awarded to the time the judgment is satisfied.

Why shouldn't I use an attorney?

Unlike an attorney, we don't charge any upfront fees. An attorney would cost rather they collect or not. With Low Country Judgment Recovery Services you DO NOT HAVE ANY OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES.

How will you locate the judgment debtor?

We have the ability to access very specialized information sources that will provide us with everything we need to know about the judgment debtor and their assets. We are highly skilled in finding all the necessary information required to locate the debtor and seize their assets.

How does this work?

We will send you a form to sign, called an Assignment of Judgment, which will assign the judgment to my company and allow us to collect the judgment. Then We will locate the debtor and their assets and initiate the levying procedures necessary to seize those NON-EXEMPT assets. When we receive funds from the collection process we will reimburse our company for any expenses incurred and add those to the judgment, then we will issue a payment to you for your portion of what we were able to collect.
